I would recommend that you use the form on the World of Webrings site as that form is going to be precisely as up to date as it needs to be; it and the system you're hoping to spur into action are being maintained by the same people. If, for some reason, you don't like that, however, no problem. There is a join form on this site; I just can't offer any promises that it will work because, not being a member of Mr.Huggins' team, I'm not in the loop on when updates occurs, and my copy of the form may be based on outdated code, but it's there if you want it.
